The church of San Giovanni Battista is a religious building located in Bonorva, a town in northwestern Sardinia. Consecrated to Catholic worship, it is part of the parish of the Nativity of Mary, archdiocese of Sassari.
Rising on a pre-existing medieval structure, it was consecrated in 1174; the present church is the result of a major intervention carried out during the 18th century. It preserves inside a valuable wooden altar and a painting by the late-16th-century painter Baccio Gorini depicting musician angels and Saints Charles Borromeo, Anthony Abbot and Gavino of Torres.
The church is the seat of the Confraternity of Holy Cross.
