Facts and practical information
The church of Santa Felicita is a sacred building located in Casola in Lunigiana.
The church is first recorded in 1296-97, and to that phase belongs the Romanesque wall face of squared sandstone blocks on the left flank. On the corner header of that same wall is a stone bearing the date 1408 or 1468, the year of a general remodeling that was followed in the 18th century by the Baroque exterior and interior transformation.
The interior has beautiful polychrome marble altars and a beautiful baptismal font, beside which is a marble holy water font. The painting behind the high altar depicts St. Peregrine.
