Facts and practical information
The church of San Sebastiano is the parish church of Milis. It stands in the center of the village, along the main street.
San Sebastiano was built in the southern part of the town in about 1500 and has a Gothic-Catalan setting, with a wide entrance and side chapels with arched vaults. The facade features a rose window in red trachyte. The church has undergone some modifications, and the adjacent bell tower was built in the 1950s. The parish was named after St. Sebastian because he was considered the liberator from the plague in Sardinia.
